Courier nationwide is R100

If you receive damaged shoes, you can return them within 14 days. We would need a photo of the damaged shoe to start the return. The damaged shoe would need to be sent back to us before we can send you a new pair of shoes.

We would happily exchange the shoe if the shoe has not been worn. The courier fee back would be at the client's expense. To double-check your size, go check out our size guide. We have the exact measurements of our shoe. If you're in the Gauteng area, come visit our pop up shop and fit the shoe yourself.

Our shoes takes 2-3 days to arrive.

After placing the order, we will package and courier your shoes. Once courier is booked, we will mail your order number.

If you prefer to pick up your shoes, you can pick them up at 93 Clifton Avenue, Lyttleton, Centurion once we let you know that they're ready. Alternatively, courier is R 100 nationwide.

Our shoes are true to size. You can check out our size guide to help you with a more accurate measurement.

Our shoes can be worn with or without socks. If you would like to add a bit more padding, you can wear a sock with the shoe. The sock won't stretch out the shoe

Our men's and women's sizes are exactly the same. You can check out our Size Guide to ensure that you pick the perfect size.
